What we collect and why
The quote form
When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, the town you are in, and whatever you tell us about the vehicle. That is used to price the job and to reach you about it. Nothing else.
Who sees it
TCL Auto Detail does. Requests are emailed to us through SendGrid, our email provider, and stored in our own database. We do not sell contact information, share it with marketing partners, or add you to a list you did not ask for.
Photos you send
Photos attached to a quote request are used to price the work. We do not publish a customer vehicle in the gallery without asking first, and a plate or a driveway is cropped out either way.
This website
No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics run on this site. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short window so we can tell whether the site is working.
Getting it deleted
Email hello@tclautodetail.com and we will delete your quote request and everything attached to it. You do not have to explain why.
